We have worked diligently to reduce the cost of tubal reversal.
Our global fee for tubal reversal is $6,500.00 which includes:
> Pre-op evaluation
> Operating room expenses
> Anesthesia services
> Lab work
> Surgeon’s fee
> Post-op care

Payment needs to be received atleast two weeks prior to your surgery. We prefer Visa, Master Card, money order, cashier’s check or cash. If paying by personal check, payment must be received at least three weeks prior to your surgery date. We do not file insurance for tubal ligation reversal.
