Tubal Reversal Fees

At Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG), Dr. John E. NIchols and Dr. John F. Payne, infertility specialists, have worked diligently to reduce the cost of tubal reversal.

Our global fee for tubal reversal is $6,500.00 which includes:
  • Pre-op evaluation
  • Operating room expenses
  • Anesthesia services
  • Lab work
  • Surgeon’s fee
  • Post-op care
Payment needs to be received at least two weeks prior to your surgery. We prefer Visa, Master Card, money order, cashier’s check or cash. If paying by personal check, payment must be received at least three weeks prior to your surgery date. We do not file insurance for tubal ligation reversal.  

Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) Surgery Center is a private, state-of-the-art fully accredited out-patient surgical facility located adjacent to PREG in our Greenville, South Carolina office. Our facility is specifically designed for the safety, comfort and convenience of our patients. Our professional staff is able to provide either conscious sedation or full general anesthesia depending on the needs of the patient.
