a range of financing options with competitive interest rates that are created
specifically for infertility practices. They provide financing for both your

As a service to our patients, PREG is contracted with most major insurance companies
in South Carolina. We will make every effort to bill your insurance carrier.
We suggest that you verify your infertility benefits before you begin treatments.
Our financial counselor will be happy to assist you in getting your benefits and
informing you of costs involved. You may contact someone in our financial department

Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) is excited to announce that
we are now offering our patients the PREG IVF Refund Plan effective September
1, 2006. We understand that most couples are concerned about the costs of infertility
treatments without the guarantee of a successful outcome especially when there
is no insurance coverage. That’s why we’ve developed the PREG IVF Refund Program
specifically
designed with our patients in mind.
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) is usually very successful in treating infertility,
but like many other treatments, more than one IVF (and possible frozen embryo
transfer) cycle may be required to achieve pregnancy. Our IVF Refund Plan offers
patients every opportunity to succeed with IVF while removing the financial burden
of multiple treatments. You can now take comfort in knowing that for one flat
fee you will have up to three (3) IVF cycles and three (3) Frozen Embryo Transfers
(FET) cycles. This will help remove the financial anxiety and allow you to receive
the best medical treatment needed to help you have a baby.

How does the Program Work?
Once you’re seen for consultation in the office, a variety of screening tests
are performed to access whether you are a candidate for the PREG IVF Refund Plan.
If you qualify you will be eligible for up to three cycles of IVF and three FETs
at PREG for a fixed rate. If your treatment is unsuccessful after your six (6)
treatment cycles, you will receive a 90% Refund of your original payment fee leaving
your financial resources intact to pursue other possible options for achieving
a family.
