PREG accepts self pay and most insurance plans and was recently designated as a United HealthCare Center of Excellence (COE) for Fertility. However, PREG does not accept Medicare or Medicaid. These patients would need to be self pay.

PREG has worked to bring assisted reproductive technology (ART) services to rural and outlying areas of upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina with the addition of two PREG satellite offices in Spartanburg, SC (July 2007) and Asheville, NC (January 2009). Rather than traveling to our main office in Greenville, SC for every visit, our satellite offices can perform ultrasound monitoring. intrauterine inseminations (IUI), phlebotomy for labs, and administer medications. Since our IVF lab is in Greenville, all IVF egg retrievals and embryo transfers would be performed there.

 

PREG also is happy to perform satellite ultrasound monitoring and same day labs (Estradiol, Progesterone, FSH, LH, Prolactin, and Quantitative HCG) for other infertility clinics throughout the United States. We have assisted many IVF clinics with patients requiring monitoring for frozen embryo transfer and egg donor cycles. We can also perform saline infusion sonohysterography (SIS) at all offices and hysterosalpingograms (HSG) in Greenville if indicated. PREG can provide a cash pay discount on HSG's for patients without insurance coverage, saving them up to $600 over the cost of having the HSG performed at a hospital or imaging center.
