Dr. Nichols and Dr. Payne specialize in advanced infertility treatments including
Intrauterine Inseminations (IUI), Donor Inseminations, In Vitro Fertilization
(IVF) as well as laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgical procedures with operating
privileges at Greenville Memorial Hospital, Eastside Medical Center, St. Francis
Women's Hospital and Spartanburg Regional Medical Center, Village at Pelham, Ambulatory
Surgery Center of Spartanburg and at Mary Black Memorial Hospital. Piedmont Reproductive
Endocrinology Group (PREG) now offers on-site hysterosalpingography (HSG) for
your convenience. We also have a surgical suite that has been accredited by
AAAASF to preform affordable out-patient microsurgical tubal reversal procedures in our private surgical suiteOur office offers an on-site andrology lab for semen analysis (SA), intrauterine inseminations (IUI; for both husband/partner and donor sperm), and anti-sperm antibody testing (in conjunction with Dr. Thomas Allen, PhD).
We also have a DPC Immulite serum chemistry analyzer for doing same-day hCG (pregnancy test), Progesterone, and Estradiol levels as well as other endocrine testing.
We have a compensated egg donor program available through our office.
