Dr. Nichols, Dr. Payne and the PREG Staff,
Thank you for all of the excellent care you have given me during the last
few months. You have been courteous and extremely responsive to my needs. You
were always cheerful and upbeat even when I wasn’t. Other organizations could
take a lesson in terms of customer service from your team at PREG.
I know that it is easy to become immune to things when you work around it
day in and day out, but you have the potential to change someone’s live in an
extraordinary way. Even though our basic issues are the same, we are all individuals
with a huge hole in our hearts. Thank you for treating me in the nicest most
understanding manner.
